History
Founded in 1888, William Chrisman High School in Independence, Missouri has a long tradition of excellence. Under the direction of head coach Debbie O'Renick, the Varsity Cheerleading squad has added to this list of accomplishents by placing among the top five teams at the state cheerleading competition fifteen times since 1989 - including state championships in 1995 and 2006. The 2006-2007 squad also qualified for the UCA National Cheerleading competition, placing in the top 25 nationally.
